THe test is lyk.. shuttle run.. u run 1 end to another.. and when a beep comes out.. u run to the other end back.. than beep and so on... i think there was lyk.. lvl 1-0 than lvl 1-1 than lvl 1-2 tha n lvl 1-3 and so on... i stop at lvl 6 ... Angry at my self i am.. Disappointed i am.. *sigh.. 1st time. .so dunno the timing of the beep well.. haha anyway... i will aim lvl 10 and higher Muwahhaa. .haha.. o.O.. A correction on the block run.. its abt 1km + frm a classmates.. :D so i run abt 1 km + .. so slow.. WTH.. haiz.. TIme to exercise haha..
